Today was Keegan's dedication to God. As Pastor Plummer would tell you, our church, Hermitage Church of the Nazarene, makes every effort to raise its children to follow Christ. He would also tell you that we start praying for the children long before they are born.
With that said, today for Keegan's dedication Pastor Plummer first walked Keegan around the Center while the congregation sang the Spirit song. Then Natalie and I stood before the congregation and promised to raise Keegan to be a follower of Christ.
I know that Pastor Plummer could tell you the exact number of dedications that he has done and it would be a large number. Even though he has done countless dedications he some how makes each dedication very very special and this one was very special. Thank you for taking the time to help us promise to raise Keegan to follow Christ.
